We have designed a
HFC refrigeration systems to be used with Ross
tunnel freezers. This refrigeration system has
many applications in the food processing
industry. The system can cool or freeze meats or
vegetables in a matter of minutes to lock in the
quality of the fresh food. It's ideal for
freezing flat products such as hamburger
patties, chicken breast or fish fillets. It's
also perfect for processing free flowing
seafood, meat, fruit and vegetable IQF products.
Our design differs from others in the market
because it uses conventional freon gas to make
the tunnels work. It has allowed smaller food
processors the ability to grow their business
economically.
